We really look at the overarching goals for your business so that when we meet the right candidate, we know – and sometimes that comes in the form of someone who doesn’t necessarily fit the job spec exactly, yet has the right personality and other attributes that make them right for your business. I have worked within the Recruitment industry for over 20 years, starting my career with the best training in the industry at Blue Arrow. After 10 years with them I had the opportunity to work in a local independent agency which gave me the chance to see how to differentiate our offering from the several hundred other companies locally.
In 2010 I decided to put my own stamp on recruiting and started Aspire Personnel Ltd handling all aspects of office recruitment, from an Office Junior through to Senior Management and Director level positions. Through current clients we have diversified to technical positions and roles across the country as far as Scotland and London, although we tend to focus on a 25-mile radius of Milton Keynes.
I pride myself on providing a totally sincere, professional service to my clients and candidates.
I started off in recruitment over 15 years ago and have now been given the fantastic opportunity to join a great team here at Aspire Personnel.
Dealing with both permanent and temporary vacancies across all levels is what Aspire Personnel do best, and I’m delighted to be part of that. I pride myself on getting to know my candidates, their career aspirations and their individual personalities. By doing so, I can make a difference to their lives by finding them their perfect job!
I love the fact that I work in Milton Keynes, a city that is thriving and has new business moving here as a result. I have built up a great relationship with my clients over the years, and despite a recession, they still remain loyal to me; continuing to use me for their recruitment needs. Long may it last because I love what I do!
My position with Aspire Personnel is my second working in recruitment. Prior to joining Aspire I have worked locally for several different companies, including 7 years working as Receptionist at Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals. .
I was delighted to join the team at Aspire. My role involves meeting and greeting visitors and customers of the company, working with the general public, helping candidates find positions best suited to their needs within appropriate companies. It has given me the opportunity of dealing with the wide variety of people you meet in the general public; something I consider to be my forte.
My goal is to provide a professional, effective recruitment service, which is backed by extensive experience and qualifications to both clients and candidates.
